Enough for
one day.
Give the AI a bedtime.
A small Mac app for knowing when to stop.
For macOS 12 and later.

Decide once. Then go.
Choose what goes quiet.
AI chat, coding assistants, local models. Pick what you need a break from.
Set a time to come back.
An hour. Tomorrow morning. After the weekend. The block stays until then.
Leave the rest to us.
Everything returns automatically. Your files and the rest of your Mac stay yours.
For the part of you
that wanted to stop
No cancel button. No “just five more minutes.” A restart won’t end the block.
A decision made by a calmer version of you. Kept until morning.
A few things to know.
What gets turned off?
Chat apps and websites such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Coding assistants such as Codex, Cursor and Copilot. Local models through Ollama and LM Studio. Choose the categories you want to block.
What stays untouched?
Your files, email, ordinary browsing and the rest of your Mac. Your code editor stays open; its AI goes quiet.
Can I end a block early?
There’s no in-app override. For emergencies, there’s a deliberate manual recovery procedure. See the documented limits of the block.
Does it need an account?
No account. Install the app and authorise its helper once. The app runs locally and does not collect personal data. The source is public.
